Drums and harmony vocals:
Mike started playing drums when he was 8 years old. By age 16 he was playing
at local clubs and parties. He went to West Chester University to study music
where he was teaching privately and playing shows in Phila.Mike was offered a job on the road with a show band form Reno, Nevada. He spent 6 years based out of Harrah's Reno as well as playing dates from Boston to Palm Springs.
When this show closed, Mike went on to play with a top 40 band based out of
Syracuse, NY. and spent 2 years traveling the Northeast and as far as Michigan.
He left the top 40 band and spent 2 years freelancing for union gigs on the
East Coast, doing big band work, shows, and even the occasional circus.
After 10 years of living out of his suitcase, Mike moved back to DE. And got, as he put it.... a "real job"He then went to Chuck Simmons who was forming what became the Hung Jury band. Mike finds this a welcome change to the pressures of reading shows and constant one night'ers.
